She has managed unique and complex programs for the government and industry through her extensive background in air traffic control (ATC) operations, simulation, innovation, and training services. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from The George Washington University, and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.ĭaphne McAuley has over 34 years of aviation, program management, business development, and leadership experience. He was elected by his industry colleagues in 2019 to serve on the Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) Board of Directors. Mike has spent his entire career, from cooperative education student at the FAA to industry executive, building teams and collaborating across organizational, corporate, and international boundaries.
